Hollywood Talent Agent and Manager. He started his career in stock in 1898 before joining Biograph in 1912. He became a talent casting agent who worked for producer Thomas Ince then started his own agency in 1923, representing several top stars including Viola Dana. Fralick is credited with finding actor Lloyd Hughes (with no leads, in a city of 600,000), when Ince wanted to hire him after seeing him appear briefly in a crowd scene of a movie. (Lloyd Hughes played in over 90 films from 1918 to 1939.) Fralick also served as manager for Lewis Stone and Edgar Kennedy, among others. In later years he handled the distribution of the "Lone Ranger" series to radio and television.
