Theophilus "Offie" Pennington was the son of Craig Pennington and Mary Polly Thomas.

Helen Pennington b: Jan. 11, 1906 died: Nov. 5 1908 (She pulled a plow over on her and crushed her chest--as told to me by Joyce Wilson Taylor, daughter of "Bee" and "Offie" Pennington.) No burial information was given.
