Ewald; funeral held at 2:30 p.m. on December 12, 1924 with Rev. Lucas officiating; buried in the Municipal Cemetery in South Lead; burial permit attached to original mortuary record.

Lead Daily Call newspaper, December 12, 1924 - "DeWitt Linkhorn, five months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Linkhorn, of Terraville, died yesterday after a short illness of acute indigestion. Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Rounsevell mortuary, Rev. J.W. Lucas of the Methodist church officiating, and interment was made in the municipal cemetery in South Lead. The little one was born in Ohio July 11, 1924. The family have been residents of Terraville for only a short time."
