Mrs. Pauline Multhauf, 67, of Rt. 1 Hudson, died at Allen Memorial Hospital Saturday at 9:50 p.m. of cancer.

She was born Feb. 22, 1904, near Hudson, the daughter of Louie and Ella Marie Runge Gutknecht. On Feb. 24, 1921, she married John Multhauf at Zion Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Multhauf was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and the Hudson Legion Auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband, one son, Marvin of rural Hudson, two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Wadius of Rt. 2, and Mrs. Ernest Coble of Rt. 2, one brother, Roger Gutknecht of Rt. 2, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild and three step grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church near Hudson with burial in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, The Rev. John Sime will officiate.
