PIONEER PASSES
J. W. COLLINS, 76, A WENDEN RANCHER SINCE 1920, SUMMONED HERE
J. W. Collins, Arizona pioneer since around 1884, passed away at Community Hospital here early Monday morning at the age of 76. Coming to this state from California, he settled first in the Buckeye country and moved to Wenden in 1920 where he was engaged in the ranching business until the time of his death . Mr Collins had been in poor health for the past year or so.
SERVICES TUESDAY
Services and burial took place Tuesday at Liberty, Ariz. Survivors include three sons, J. Henry Collins, C. L. Collins and R. E. Collins and three daughters, Mrs Mae Hodges, Mrs Pauline Danno and Mrs Esther Schrader, all of California.
