James Andrew Zumwalt youngest son of the late Joshua and Nancy Zumwalt born March 27, 1863. Departed this earthly life August 9, 1924. Age 61 years, 4 months, 12 days.

United in marriage to Olive Hemphill Jan. 12, 1895. To this union four girls were born Mrs. Ross Conkright of Pearl, Florence Nerva and Gladys of Nebo, also two sons Cecil and John of Nebo. He leaves three grand children Bertha and Earl Conkright of Pearl and Ida May Zumwalt deceased.

Besides these loved ones left behind, there are three sisters and three brothers, other relatives and a host of friends who will sadly miss Andy with his kindly disposition and honesty of purpose.

I never stand above a bier and see the seal of death set on some well beloved face,
But that I think one more to welcome me. When I shall cross the intervening space
Between this land and that one over there: One more to make the strange Beyond seem fair.

Funeral services were conducted from the home Monday afternoon by Elder T. J. Scranton. Interment in the Hunter Cemetery.

CARD OF THANKS

We wish to express our heart felt thanks to the many kind neighbors and friends who so willingly assisted us in the death of our dear husband, father and grandfather.

Mrs. Andrew Zumwalt, children and grand children.
