She was known by family and friends as Blanche. She married Costley Roosevelt "Ted" Cox when she was just 17:

Miss Blanche Biddle, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Harry Biddle of North East, and Mr Chostley (sic) Cox, son of Mr and Mrs George Cox, of Rising Sun, were married at West Nottingham last Friday.". (Appeared Fri, 24 Dec 1926, Midland Journal, p 1.)
Costly was killed in 1928 and Blanche is listed as a widow "Blanche Cox" on the 1930 Federal Census, living with her parents.
She married a second time to Walter Edward Anderson and they had a son, Harry Walter, who later played professional baseball with the Phillies.
