She is survived by her companion Lane Weatherford of White Hall; three daughters, Cathy (husband Richard) Johnisee of Jerseyville, Tina (companion Neil Williams) of White Hall, and Vicky (companion Mike Crites) of Mitchell; two sons, Michael (wife Connie) Wright of White Hall and Phil (wife Donna), five sisters Sue Proctor, Donna Coates, and Sandy Martin of Jacksonville, Joyce White of Lynnville,and Martha Coates of Streater and a brother Robert Todd of Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister Rosalee Hoots, and two Brothers Edward and Gene Todd.
Jo Ann worked at the dress factory in White Hall until it closed and later worked at J & P garment shop in Roodhouse until her retirement. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in White Hall. She enjoyed country music show and spending time with her family and friends.
Services were entrusted to Airsman-Hires Funeral Home of White Hall, Illinois.
