Rosary service for Trinidad Rodriquez, 51, will be recited today at 7:30 p.m. in West Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at San Jose Mission. Father Alquin Hunter will celebrate the mass. Burial will follow in Santa Catarina Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Victoria, Grants; mother, Mrs. Matea Aldas, Carlsbad; two daughters, Christine Saavedra, and Mary Jane Rodriguez, both of Grants; a brother, Jose Aldas, Dallas, Texas; seven sisters, Lucia Aldas, Maria Galindo, Adela Aldas, all of Carlsbad, Tola Molina, Riverside, Calif., and Ysabel Prieto, Roswell; and two grandchildren.
Mrs. Rodriquez was born in at Candelaria, Texas, and moved to Carlsbad where she attended school, graduating with the class of 1949. She attended NMSU-Carlsbad. She had resided in Grants for the last 20 years.
