Obituary,published in 1999 Cape Cod Times- Marlys J. Seaborg, 64, Former bond clerk resident of Falmouth since 1997FALMOUTH - Marlys J. (Nystrom) Seaborg, 64, died Sunday at the JML Care Center in Falmouth. She was the wife of Ronald H. Seaborg. Born in Cumberland, Wis., Mrs. Seaborg was a 1953 graduate of Cumberland High School. She was a 25-year resident of Melrose before moving to Falmouth in 1997. A bond clerk for St. Paul Companies, she worked in the St. Paul, Minn., office for several years and then in the Boston office starting in 1973. She worked for 31 years. Mrs. Seaborg was active with the Swedish Home and past president of the Square Compass Club, both in Newton. She was also a member of the Falmouth Newcomers and Falmouth Historical Society. Surviving besides her husband are two nieces, Pam Blazina of Northfield, Minn., and Penny McKenzie of Oakdale, Minn. and a nephew, Scott Seaborg of Oak Park Heights, Minn. Funeral services are in Minnesota. A memorial service in Falmouth will be announced. Memorial donations may be made to the Jimmy Fund, 375 Longwood Ave., Boston, MA 02115 or to the Shriners Burn Institute, 51 Blossom St., MA 02114.
