He was born in Bridgeport, where he was a Baptist and graduated from high school.
Survivors are his wife, Yvong Alexander of Guam; son, Pete Alexander of Colorado; daughters Leona and Stella Alexander of Guam; mother, Leona Rone Alexander formerly of Azle, now of Springfield, Missouri; sister, Kay Alexander Skoleeke of Springfield; aunt, Mres. Jewell Green of Denton; uncle, Mayor C.Y. Rone of Azle, and other relatives.
His last request was to be buried at sea.
