Ira contracted Influenza & was seen by his physician on February 20, 1928. He died from Pneumonia at 6 p.m. on March 3, 1928. He had lived 69 years, 1 month, & 14 days. The informant on his death certificate was his son, Fred A. Gray, of Jacksboro. He was buried March 4.
