Her step-father then married Sarah Heckman. Peter & Sarah would be the only parents Celinda ever really knew. Although born a Hering she took the name Ruckel and was known as such until her marriage. She migrated with this young family to Ohio in the early 1830's.
She married Washington Noble, about 1840, Medina County, Ohio.
The 1850 census listed them in Medina Co; with children, Sarah 9, Wm. H. 7, Mary G. 5, Anson 2 and Rebecca 0
The 1860 census found them in Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
The 1870 census in St Joseph County, Michigan.
The 1880 census lists them in Merrick County, Nebraska.

Info for her parentage came from the hand written notes of Arthur B. Ruckel, dated 28 Dec 1904. Arthur was a grandson of Peter Ruckel.
