LEVI M. BRINSER KILLED:

On Friday night Levi M. Brinser was killed by the engine of the slab mill. The body of the unfortunate man was found by the engineer of the slab mill, lying beside the engine with his head horribly crushed and his body otherwise mutilated. The corpse was removed and identified as Levi M. Brinser, a watchman of the steel works.
The manner in which the accident happened is not known, but it is supposed that Brinser left his watch box in the upper part of the mill to take a walk as was his custom. The man was lame and it is thought fell against the engine when passing. He was evidently caught in the machinery and was instantly killed.
Levi Brinser was about forty years of age and is survived by his wife and several children. He was formerly engineer in the slab mill and several years ago had his arm torn off by the engine. He was then made watchman in this mill.
