Charles E. Olson peacefully passed away with his family at his side on September 29, 2011. His 40 year journey with his wife, Patricia, ended that day. He was dearly loved by his children, Mark, Wayne (Lori) and Dorothy (Lenny). Grandchildren: Kevin, Steven, Brandy, Patrick, Renae, Regina, Kristin, Danny and 6 Great Grandchildren.Predeceased by his parents and sister. Chuck was a veteran of the U.S. Army who proudly served his country in the Korean War. Chuck was an avid bowler and was inducted into the Bowling Hall of Fame in 1995. Chuck enjoyed the RV lifestyle with his wife and was Vice President of local and state chapters of Winnebago Itasca Travelers.In his local community he loved cooking, hosting events, emceeing shows, playing Texas Hold 'Em with his friends. Most of all Chuck loved to make people laugh. Burial with military honors – Sarasota National Cemetery
