Mrs. Rose Ocheskey (nee Lamb) died at her home near Aud Friday March 29 th, after a four week's illness of typhoid fever. All the tender hands and medical skill could accomplish were unavailing to control the disease. Thus she fought the good battle to the end, and her Saviour called her to a better home. Her husband, Henry Ocheskey and one child preceded her to the grave. She leaves three sons, seven brothers and one sister and a host of other relatives and friends who deeply mourn their loss. Sunday afternoon a vast concourse of friends and relatives assembled at St. Ignatius Church at Baileys Creek to pay their last tribute of respect. Funeral services were conducted by Reverand Huelsmann, who delivered a thoughtful and impressive discourse after which the remains were laid to rest in the Catholic Cemetery.
