Joseph "Paul" Edwards, age 68, of Route 1, Mount Olivet, Kentucky, died Tuesday, May 31, 1994, at Saint Joseph Hospital, in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born July 10, 1925, in Robertson County, Kentucky, a son of the late Joseph Parker and Ida Moreland Edwards. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Kentontown Christian Church.

Surviving are: his wife, Louisa Ellis Edwards; three sons, Harold A. Edwards and Daryl Edwards, both of Brooksville, and Danny Ray Edwards, of Germantown; four daughters, Carolyn Ann Edwards and Wanda Jean Hicks, both of Cynthiana, Linda Edwards, of Mount Olivet, and Paula K. Woerner, of Germantown; five grandchildren; a brother, Ray Gordon Edwards, of Cincinnati; and a sister, Jean Casey, of Milford.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon, June 1, at Robertson County Funeral Home, in Mount Olivet, with the Rev. Virgil Messer and the Rev. Keith Sergent officiating. Burial was in the Ellis Cemetery, in Mount Olivet.
