Former Forsyth Man Dies in Automobile

Forsyth, MT. --April 30, --- (Special) --- Don Jessup, a former Vananda and Forsyth resident, died suddenly of heart disease this week while on his way to Forsyth for medical treatment from his home in Sumatra.

His death occurred between Ahles and vananda about 10:30 and the body was brought to Forsyth.

Anton Koch of Sumatra accompanied him, driving the car.
Mr. Koch states that Mr. Jessup seemed alright and talked until they reached Ahles when the sick man leaned against him and seemed to be asleep.

On arriving to Vananda, a few miles from Ahles, it was found that he was dead.

Mr. Jessup was about 36 years of age and is survived by a widow and five children, ranging in age from a few months to 15 years, James, Jackie, Ethel, May, Edith, and Elizabeth.

Also surviving are his father, L. J. Jessup of Vananda, a brother, Dewey, and two sisters, Mrs. Gail Ballard of Glendive, MT., and a sister in Portland.

His widow is the former Miss Susan Rush, sister of Mrs. C. B. Mastin of Vananda.
