Cora Lee Henry
Mrs. Cora Lee Henry, 62, died Friday at her home, 1001 Webster, after an illness of several months. She was born June 27, 1882, at Bradford, Ohio, and for a number of years lived in Sandusky, Ohio. She moved to Topeka in 1912.
She was a member of the United Presbyterian Church and for years took an active part in the church orchestra, playing the violin. She was active also in the Women's Relief Corps No. 17, Daughters of Union Veterans and Gage Park Women's Club and the Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by her husband, George Henry, of the home; three sons, Russell G. Henry, Indianapolis, Ind., Gordon O. Henry, Camp Rucker, Ala., Corp. Theodo C. Henry, stationed at a general hospital in Italy; three sisters, Mrs. Florence Meyers, Ohio, Mrs. Edith Bowers, Seville, Ohio, Mrs. Jessie Hoover, Topeka; and by two brothers, Arthur Rhodehamel and Art Rhodehamel, both of Overbrook.
The body was taken to the Sanders-McMichael Funeral Home prnding funeral arrangements.
