Mrs Alfred Hartgrave, living on the Black Bird died Monday afternoon after several weeks illness. Typhoid fever has raged to an alarming extent in this locality. And this is the fourth death within a few weeks. Mr Hartgrave himself is quite sick, and the loss of his wife and daughter is a terrible blow to him. Mrs Hargrave was an excellent lady, a good wife and mother, and the entire community sincerely regret to hear of her death. The Frontier will be glad to publish an obituary next week. Dr Connolly, who was called after the fever had a foot hold, informs us that the other sick ones, Mr Hartgrave, Mr and Mrs Geo Dartt, and Mrs Sawyer, are getting along fully as well as could be expected, and will probably recover. We sincerely hope so.
