Amiss. On Monday, February 4, 1901, at the Methodist Protestant Home for the Aged, Westminster, Maryland, Mrs. Maria Amiss of Georgetown, D.C. Funeral services at Oak Hill Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday, February 6, at 2 o’clock PM.

Mrs. Maria Amiss died yesterday at the Methodist Protestant Home for the Aged at Westminster, Maryland, at the age of eighty-two years. She was a widow for nearly sixty years, and once resided in Georgetown, her home being at 3026 N Street. The funeral will occur tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock, services being held in the chapel at Oak Hill Cemetery, to be conducted by Rev. J.D. Kinzer, pastor of the Congress Street Methodist Protestant Church.
