PALMYRA ­ Pearl Stewart, 84, of Palmyra, died at 11:23 a.m. Jan. 12, 2000, at Maple Lawn Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra. The Rev. Allen Clark will officiate.

Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Stewart was born July 1, 1915, in Hannibal to Edward and Myrtle Scott Campfield.

She had been married to Gene Stewart.

Survivors include five daughters, Arlene Nokes, Dorothy O'Brien, Loleta Gard and Pam Stewart, all of Palmyra, and Celia Brown of Baton Rouge, La.; one brother, Rudy Campfield of Palmyra; one sister, Dolly Smith of Ocean Springs, Miss.; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Eugene (Bud) Stewart; five brothers; and two sisters.

Mrs. Stewart had lived in Palmyra most of her life. She was a homemaker.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to Palmyra Nutrition Center or Blessing Hospice, in care of the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Michael Stewart, David O'Brien, Bill O'Brien, Brian Gard, Troy Gard and Jamie Ellis.
