Hello

I unlink Elizabeth from the Parley James Lee 1878-1918.

She was married to James Parley Lee in 1913 Richfield according to the OBIT in your Memorial for her THANKK YOU

But she is 39 In the 1920 Torrey Census with Her James P. Lee 38 and Cox Step Children in Dwelling number 60.
Kind of difficult to do when the guy died in 1918. and I was able to check Parley James Lee 1878-1918 Death Certificate and verify he did die in Panguitch in 1918, the day before or after I THINK HER husband Registered for the WWI Draft. using Torrey as Permanent Residence and Nearest Relative Elizabeth Lee Address TORREY.

They are Cousins.
Parley James Lee 1878-1918 is the son of Harvey Lee. Long time Panguitch residents following the census.
our
James P. Lee is the son of Charles William and Leah Young Lee Long time Wayne county Residents.

Charles and Harvey are brothers.
PLEASE DO NOT fall for the confusion in Familysearch. They have Elizabeth Durfee and all of her Lee children tied tight to Parley James Lee 1878-1918 and I am unable to pull that Marriage.
Both Parley James Lees listed to Charles and Harvey were the SAME person. I was able to use Death Certificate information to Edit and delete him from Charles {Leaving him with Harvey} and Detach 1920 census and I think 1910 from Charles instead of Harvey.
hmmm. I got the census with the RIGHT Parent. I THINK.
Wayne county, Charles and Sevier County Harvey
fairly easy sort.
I did get her linked to James Parley Lee son of Charles. Now she has both of them. I do not know how to fix and someone one else is inside making edits as well so hhhmmmm.
I am pretty much done for today, my eyes are crossed but I will ATTEMPT again tomorrow.

I WOULD LOVE to give you the Memorial for James Parley Lee born 27 Dec. 1881 OR 1883 according to This draft BUT I am still looking.
I THINK this James Parley Lee was convicted in Loa in 1920, sentenced to 'inderterminate time not to exceed five years."
Which may be WHY she divorced him.
BUT I HAVE NOT PROOF YET.

He may have died in 1954 in Box Elder. I Do not know for certain.
For his Parole Request he said he had 160 acres outside of Utah with plenty of water, a wife and 7 kids needing his support.

The Judge sent a letter to the Board of Pardons, saying Parley's father asked him to contact the Board. He understood he had land in Idaho, he was probably okay if they thought he served his time IF HE LEFT the County. He suspected trouble would arise if he returned to the county. {Wayne County}

There is a James P. Lee memorial in Salmon Idaho.
with Unknown information. I requested a photo HOPING. these dates fit or RULE OUT.
Then I saw possible death 1954 in Box Elder.
I cannot find a Death Certificate for James or Parley died Utah 1954.

THE HUNT CONTINUES.

THIS MAY BE WAY MORE INFORMATION or lack of then you care to have, but I wanted you to know WHY I was Unlinking this marriage.

SO SORRY to Bother you
THANK YOU
HAVE FUN
