Walter W Barrett, 97, of Pana died 3:45 p.m. Thursday (Nov 20, 1980) in Pana Health Care Center.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday in McCracken Funeral Home, Pana, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Millersville Cemetery. Memorials: Heart Association.
Mr Barrett was born in Christian County, son of George F and Emma Barrett. He was a retired farmer. He married Gertrude Tarrant in 1907. She died in 1970.
Surviving are daughter, Mrs R Paul (Evelyn) Ewing of Pana; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. One brother and one grandchild preceded him in death.
