Arthur R. Kile, 80, died at 1:00
p. m. Thursday at Muscatine Gen-
eral hospital of a heart ailment.
He was born May 11, 1885, at Mus-
catine and had been a life resi-
dent of Muscatine.
He married Marie Hoskins who pre-
ceded him in death 17 years ago.
He was a retired carpenter.
He is survived by two daughters,
Mrs. LaVerne (Doris) Salek, 811
Iowa Ave., and Mrs. John (Betty)
Prescott, Las Vegas, Nevada; and
nine grandchildren.
Besides his wife one son preceded
him in death.
Funeral services will be conduct-
ed at 2:00 p. m. Saturday at the
Riley Funeral Home. Burial will
be at Memorial Park cemetery.
