Alvin (Abe) B. Fairfield, 93, died Sunday morning at the Hershey Convalescent Home here.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Fairbanks-Lamb Chapel. Rev. Julus Rechermann will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Alvin Fairfield was born Aug. 12, 1884, in Washington County, Iowa, the son of Frank and Minerva "Snider" Fairfield. He married Ellen L. Dahlstrom on Feb. 25, 1911, in Sigourney, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his wife.
