Marion was a very caring niece to my grandmother Marion Dixon Peebles Steiding. I stayed with Marion, in her house on 121 North Allegany Street in Cumberland for 3 years, while I was going to Nurses' Training at Memorial Hospital. We used to go on trips together. She was part owner & manager of Cumberland Automotive & was respected by all her employees. She was known as "Miss Marion" to everyone that knew her.
She never married and was a wonderful Aunt to her sister's children.
