Jesse W. Baublitz, 82, of Owings Mills, died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 1993, at Sinai Hospital.

Born in Owings Mills, he was the son of the late William H. and Fannie Barnhart Baublitz and brother of the late Sarah J. Larkins, Evelyn B. Vondersmith, Jeanne V. Chaffman, Roland L, and Robert E. Baublitz. He was the husband of the late Marie Springman Baublitz, who died in 1980 and is survived by second wife Erma Underwood Baublitz.

He was a building contractor and a member of the Baltimore County Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are. sons George W. Baublitz of Westminster and Donald J. Baublitz of Midland, Mich.; daughter Joyce D. DeFoor of Pikesville; brother Leonard P. Baublitz of Hanover, Pa.; sisters Dorothy B. Warner, Mabel I. Knisley, Betty M. Sapp and Edyth P. Hastings, all of Reisterstown, Louise I. Myers of Manchester, and Peggy L. Reed of Westminster; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Eline Funeral Home, Reisterstown Road and Franklin Blvd., Reisterstown with his pastor, Dr. David J. LeBlanc officiating. Interment will be in Druid Ridge Cemetery.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
