Ivie Mross, age 91, of Pleasanton, Texas passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009, in San Antonio, Texas. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Hamby and husband John of Columbia, Missouri and son, Larry Mross and wife Jeannette of Pleasanton. She is also survived by her grandchildren, L. J. Mross and wife Misty, Travis Mross and wife Chandler, Bailey Mross, Teresa Griffith and husband Jeff, Patricia Kovalenko and husband Michail "Misha", Michael Hamby, Quenette Baker and husband Kevin, Eddie Mross and Fred Mross, as well as great grandchildren, Sophie Kovalenko, Ella Kovalenko, Melody Baker and David Baker. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Mross, son, Ray Mross and sisters, Opal Bradley and Mattie Kagen. Visitation will be held at Hurley Funeral Home, 118 West Oaklawn Road, Pleasanton, Texas from 2:00PM - 8:00PM on Sunday, June 28, 2009. The family will receive friends between the hours of 5:00PM and 7:00PM on Sunday evening. A funeral service will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, June 29, 2009 at Hurley Funeral Home (Pleasanton). Interment will be at the Pleasanton City Cemetery.
