Kathryn M. Kennedy, 70, formerly of 162 Hopewell St., Birdsboro, died Thursday night at 7 in Reading Hospital, where she had been admitted earlier in the day.
She was admitted to the hospital from the Highlands at Wyomissing where she had resided five months.
She was the widow of Raymond Everett Kennedy, Sr., who died June 25, 1980.
Born in Birdsboro, she was a daughter of the late Heber and Alice (Painter) Beidler.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Birdsboro.
Surviving are two sons, Raymond Everett Jr., Reading, and Richard L., Fleetwood R.D. 4.
Also four grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, and a brother, George beidler, Birdsboro.
Dengler Funeral Home, Birdsboro, is in charge of arrangements.
