DIANA STEVENSON, 69, passed away peacefully September 28, 2011 in Indianapolis. She was a lifetime Wanamaker, In resident spanning five generations. After raising her family, Diana received a BA degree from the University of Indianapolis, putting it to good use for numerous service agencies from Indiana to Hawaii. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer working with her husband, Larry, in Romania in recent years. Diana enjoyed teaching Sunday school and working with the Franklin Township Historical Society. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Larry; children, Kimberly (Thomas) Losacker, Garry (Toni) Stevenson, and Darren Stevenson; grandchildren, Alec, Brooke, Chloe, Chris, Delaney, and Luke. A memorial gathering will be held Friday, September 30, at Little and Sons Funeral Home, Stop 11 Chapel from 4 to 8 PM. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, October 1, at New Bethel Baptist Church in Wanamaker. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Franklin Township Historical Society of the Franklin Township Education Foundation. www.littleandsonsindianapolis.com
