LOGAN, Nov. 20. Robert Adams. 20, and his cousin Leonard resorted to weapons to decide their quarrel. State Police Sgt. W. E. DeMoss reported today, with the result that Robert was fatally wounded. DeMoss said the youth apparently bled to death when a shotgun blast severed an artery in his groin. Leonard Adams was held on a murder charge
