Mrs. Crettie Beulah Baxley died at her home Friday afternoon after a lingering illness.
She is survived by her husband, Franklin Lide Baxley; four sons, Wilbur Rupert Baxley, David Fulton Baxley, Franklin Austin Baxley and Stanley Carl Baxley; two daughters, Mrs. Beulah Mae Baxley Grice and Mrs. Grace Baxley Goodnight; two brothers, Henry Lide James and Harvey James; one sister, Mrs. Julia James Collins; and 8 grandchildren.
The funeral was held at Reedy Creek Church at Marion, S.C., Sunday at 4 p.m. and burial followed in the church cemetery.
