Funeral services for Mrs. Susan Edith Boone, 78 of 1034 W. Tuttle street, will be held at 3 pm. Wednesday in Morans Chapel with burial in Fairlawn cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home afternoon today.
Mrs. Boone died at 12:10 am today in St. Marys hospital where she had been a patient for more than two years.
She was born January 3, 1866 in Calhoun county, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Oglesby and was married in Macon county in 1891 to Henry C.Boone who died in January 1934. Mrs.Boone leaves a son, E. L. Boone of Decatur, a sister, Mrs.Clara E.Morgan of Decatur, a brother Harry Oglesby, Storm Lake, Iowa and two grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian church.
