JOHN PRENTICE
John Prentice was born 27 Aug 1734 and he married Dorothy Sexton 25 January 1762 in Somers, Tolland, CT. He died 6 Jun 1810 and was buried in the South Champion Cemetery, Town of Champion.

Found on ancestry.com in the Sons of the American Revolution Applications, national # 25200;

Service; John Prentice in 1776 enlisted in Connecticut Militia as a Private serving Captains Nathan Hine's Company, 13th regiment. He was corporal in Captain Jonathan Calkin's company, Colonel Latimer's regiment, 1777, for services at Saratoga.
