Kristin Lacey Buie, 26, of Dover, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011 at her residence.
The funeral was held Friday, Sept. 16, at Anglin Funeral Home with Emmitt Sexton and Dickey Conley officiating. Burial was in the Wofford Cemetery.
She was born May 6, 1985 in Nashville, daughter of Robert Edward Buie and Cheryl Nelson Fitzhugh. She was employed with Valvoline Lube Service in Clarksville and owned Southern Raised Kennel.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers Alvin Nelson and Bob Buie.
Survivors include her father of Nashville and her mother of Dover; step-father Larry Fitzhugh of Dover; brothers Robert Buie of Paris and Josh Fitzhugh of Dover; sister Ashley Baumberger of Billings, Mont.; grandmothers Janetta Nelson of Dover and Barbara Buie, Nashville; and step-grandparents Alrick and Dixie Fitzhugh of Dover.
Pallbearers were Nick Irwin, Benji Buie, Eric Miller, Vince Gray, Randy Spergin and Randall Russell.
