HOMAN, MARY E. - Of Clio, age 69, died Friday, May 7, 1999 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral sevices will be held at 1PM Monday, May 10, 1999 at the Whipple-O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Sue Ertman officiating. Burial in Meadowview Memorial Gardens in Davison. Friends may call th the funeral home on Sunday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM and Monday from 11 AM until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Leader Dogs for the Blind or the the Snowflake Spiritualist Camp. Mrs. Homan was born February 2, 1930 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the daugter of Herbert and Sylvia Pearl (Jones) Dyer. She married Richard Homan July 3, 1948 in Mancelona, Michigan. She had resided in the Clio area most of her life. Mrs. Homan was a member of the Spiritualist Episcopal Church, the Independent Spiritualist Association and the Snowflake Spiritualist Camp for 50 years. She was also a member of the Mt. Morris Lioness Club, the VFW Auxiliary Post 8236, and the Maccabees. Surviving are husband, Richard; 3 sons, Robert and wife Linda Homan of Rose City, Richard A Homan of Holly, Russell and wife Teri Homan of Clio; 2 daughters, Kleta J. and husband Peter Baldwin of New Lothrop, Karla S. and husband Arthur Lloyd of Lapeer; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Davis of Florida. Mrs. Homan was preceded in death by her parents and 1 brother.
