__Sandra Fieselman Starks, 39, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, March 24, 1996, in Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, after a long illness. Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Turner Chapel West, where friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today. Burial: Linwood Cemetery. Elmer Linkenback of Calvary Baptist Church will officiate.
__Survivors include her parents, Frank and Darlene Fieselman of Cedar Rapids; three sisters, Judy King and Sally Lawrence, both of St. Paul, Minn., and Terry Salyers of Washington; and a stepsister, Mary Lou Evans of Cedar Rapids. Also surviving is a grandparent, Stella O'Neal of Cedar Rapids.
