DIED: AGNEW
On December 28, 1892, at 4:50 a.m., ANN ELIZABETH, wife of WILLIAM K. AGNEW, and daughter of the late HUGH E. KINTON,
aged 54 years, 3 months and 29 days.
Mrs. AGNEW's birthplace had been near WOLFSBURG, but she has always resided in Bedford. She was married in 1857 and has been a devoted wife and mother.
Her children,
ANNA C., wife of A. J. STIVER, Emory, West Va.,
BELLE,
ELIDA K., wife of W. H. WELLER, Hyndman,
WILLIAM H., Meyersdale [Somerset Co, Pa],
GEORGE B., Pittsburg, and
FLORENCE K. all rise up and call her blessed.
She had for many years been a consistent member of the Methodist Episcopal Church, and by her exemplary life has proven the truthfulness of our holy Christianity. She had been of late a great sufferer, but calmly waited the summons to appear in a brighter world. The burial will take place on Friday, December 30 at 2 p.m."
