Mrs. Austin Stanturf passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Hill, Thursday morning, December 6, at the age of 62 years 10 months and 26 days. Mrs. Stanturf was born in Macon County, March 11, 1866 and was married in March 1885. To this union were born seven children two of which died in infancy. She is survived by five children, Mrs. Harvey Krager of Moberly, Mrs. Arthur Hill of near Huntsville, Delbert Stanturf of Kansas City, W. F. Stanturf and Fred Stanturf of Huntsville; twelve grand children and one sister. Early in life she joined the Christian church at Prairie Hill from where funeral services were conducted Friday by Rev. Ramsey. Burial was made in old Prairie Hill cemetery.
