Frances C. McFall, 94, of Elmwood died Saturday, Jan. 21, 2006, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 11, 1911, in Hanna City, Ill., to James and Lorena Harper Clemmer, and married Harry G. McFall Jr. on June 26, 1937, in Elmwood. He died Oct. 12, 2001.
Surviving are one son, Harry G. (Bonnie) McFall III of Elmwood; and two daughters, Cathy (Thomas) Meyers of Elmwood and Nancy (Kim) Spafford of Salem, Wis.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, two brothers and one sister. She had lived in Elmwood since 1927 and at one time was cashier at Farmers State Bank of Elmwood.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Elmwood and past superintendent of its Sunday school. She was also a member and past president of PEO, Chapter AO, Elmwood EOW Club and Elmwood Historical Society. Cremation rites have been accorded and private inurnment will be at a later date.
