Troy Jack Wilson was a native Texan, born Oct. 5th, 1935, in Stonewall County. He lived in the South Plains of Texas until his death on Sept. 28th, 2011, just one week before his 76th birthday. His mother, Margie Gibson, and father, George Franklin Wilson, had 15 children. Troy was the youngest of nine boys and six girls.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Teague, and all of his siblings except for his brother, Raymond Wilson.

He is also survived by his son, Jack Wilson; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Troy was a spirited character with an exceptional sense of humor that helped him thrive in truck and equipment sales for 46 years.

His friends and loved ones will gather to celebrate his life at Sanders Funeral Home on Oct. 5th, 2011, at 10 a.m. These services will be performed by pastor, Dwayne Wheat.
