Joseph Covis Mongrain died at Seattle, February 23rd. He was born in Canada Nov. 27, 1872 and has resided at Renton for the past fourteen months, coming here from Shelton, Washington.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Mondrain, a son, Lawrence, of Shelton; a brother, Sam Mongrain, a sister, Mrs. Annie Sobio of Michigan and a grandson.
Funeral services were held on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. from Saint Anthony's church, Rev. Father Carey officiating. Interment was made in Greenwood cemetery, with Stokes Mortuary in charge."
