Trappe: Doris M. Lempke passed away on July 6, 2011 at her residence. She was 79 years old.
Born September 4, 1931 in Easton, MD to the late John and Rosaline Moore Dobson. Following graduation from Easton High School in 1948 she began working for Oxford Carry Out for many years. She then took a position at The Memorial Hospital at Easton as a micro film clerk retiring after 23 years.
Mrs. Lempke is survived by five daughters and one son, Arlene West (Charles), Ann Sard (Steve), Emily Altenburg (Kenny), Carla Lempke, Doug Lempke (Maureen) and Lill Parrish (Wyatt). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Lempke was predeceased by her husband Clarence D. Lempke, Sr and a great-granddaughter Casey Fortin.
Funeral services will be held at Fellows, Helfenbein and Newnam Funeral Home, P.A. Easton, MD on Wednesday, July 13 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Oxford Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday, July 12 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
