Visitation: Thursday, November 19, 2009, at Summerfield Baptist Church from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until service time.

Services for Sue Carol (Baby Carol) Lasyone Paige will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 20, 2009, at Summerfield Baptist Church, Summerfield Community, Louisiana with Reverend Richard Debusk assisted by Reverend Roland Hebert officiating. Burial will be at Summerfield Cemetery, Colfax, Louisiana under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria.

Mrs. Paige, 75, of Summerfield Community, passed away Monday, November 16, 2009, at Natchitoches Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Natchitoches, Louisiana.

She was a member of Hargis Baptist Church. Mrs. Paige was born and raised in Grant Parish, Summerfield Community. She enjoyed all high school sports, particularly basketball. She loved to watch her sons and grandchildren play basketball. Sue was an avid fisherman and loved camping and outdoor activities. She was a beautician for 40 plus years and was a great cook. She loved to cook and entertain at her home for family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Reverend Jerrell Paige; mother, Edith Aline Lasyone Traylor; grandparents, Jessie and Ola Jeanette Lasyone.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Kerry Jerrell Paige of Dry Prong, Larry Paige and wife Germaine of Natchitoches and Michael T. Paige and wife Shonda of Colfax; brother, Jerry Traylor and wife Gladys of Georgetown; sister, Sherry Nell Coon of Whitehall, Louisiana; grandchildren, Dana Paige, Laura D. (Neice) Randall, Amanda St. Romain and husband Bobby, Clint Paige and wife Brandi, Michael Paige and wife Brandi and Caiden Paige; great grandchildren, Hunter Despino, Ashton Randall, Brennan Paige and Ethan Paige.

Pallbearers will be Michael Paige, Clint Paige, Bobby St. Romain, D. D. Fuller, David Paige and Warren Spears. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Lasyone, Lawrence Dubois, C. B. Alwell, Gary Seals, Randall Fletcher, June Lemoine, James Simmons, Phillip Lasyone, Arthur Lasyone, Charles Fletcher, Charles Youngblood, Jimmy Vollm and Paul Burke.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 19, 2009, at Summerfield Baptist Church, Summerfield Community, from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. till time of service.
