* Partial Obituary
Funeral services for Rev. William Green Gray were held from the Bethel Baptist Church, which he pastored for 32 years, at 3 o'clock Wednesday. Burial was in the Dorsey Memorial Cemetery with Senter Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
The services were conducted by Rev. W.H. Hodges and Rev. Dolan Stovall, pastor of the Bethel Baptist Church and the following Baptist Ministers whom the deceased had baptized during his fruitful ministry: B.F. McMillen, Marvin Farris, W.C. Patterson Jr., Farris Shackelford, Tiras Loden, L.B. Morris, and Earnest Riley.
Rev. Mr. Gray died at his home in the Dorsey Community at 4 a.m. Tuesday. He had been in failing health since September 24, 1959 when he was involved in a car wreck. He was 83 years of age.
