Mr. Nuby and his two of his brothers married three of the Armstrong girls. Sam Nuby married Sarah Malinda Armstrong. In 1918 the Nuby's and the Armstrong's moved to Hartselle, Alabama. Mr. Nuby lived near Leesdale, Alabama in a community named Cedar Creek Community. Mr. Nuby moved his family to Birmingham, Alabama.
