Wilma Maye Smith, age 80, of Great Cove Road, died Friday, July 30, 2010 at the Fulton County Medical Center Long Term Care in McConnellsburg, Pa.

Born April 11, 1930, in Needmore, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Waltz Adelsberger and the widow of Ray E. Smith, who died July 18, 1987, and whom she married April 3, 1946.

She was retired, as a presser, from Londontown Manufacturer.

She was a member of Amaranth Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by three sons; Rodney E. Smith of Needmore, Pa., Randy L. Smith of Warfordsburg, Pa., Ray A. Smith, Jr.; two sisters, Joan Piluk of Needmore, Pa., Jean Moore of Harrisonville, Pa., one brother; Ray Adelsberger of Needmore, Pa.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one sister; Bernice Hann.

A service will be held Tuesday, August 3, at 11:00 a.m. at the Grove Funeral Home, Hancock, Md. Rev. Freeman A. Snair will officiate. Burial will be in the Tonoloway Primitive Baptist Cemetery, near Hancock, Md.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday 10-11 a.m.
