Philip Miller, whom we mentioned Tuesday as being ill of typoid fever died Wednesday afternoon at the home of his father, Robert Miller in east Clarinda. Lung fever set in Tuesday, and he died inside of 24 hours. He was 17 years of age on Tuesday Nov 6. His body was interred in Clarinda yesterday. CLARINDA HERALD, Clarinda, Iowa, Nov 9, 1894
