She was born on September 14, 1923, a daughter of the late Clearance and T. Stewart Hutton. She was a member of the Pentecostal faith, who had been a custodian at the Cumberland Valley Bank. She found great joy in quilting, cooking, gardening and most of all the love she had for her family. On July 3, 1939 she was united in holy matrimony to William Delk and from that union came a daughter, Janice Faye Delk Smith.
Those left to cherish her memory is three grandchildren: Sherry Lynn Raleigh, Beverly Ann Smith, and Roy Allen Smith, Jr.; two great grandchildren: Nicholas Jacob Raleigh, Bethany Faye Smith. Five step grandchildren. Brother: Roy Hutton; Sister: Mabel Pauline Travillion. As well as a host of nieces/nephews friends and neighbors.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: William Delk and her daughter: Janice Faye Delk Smith; her three brothers: James Andrew Hutton, Theodore (Ted) Hutton, and Authur (Art) Hutton, her sister: Maydrew Truman; her grandchildren: Wanda Faye Smith and Ronald Allen Smith.
Visitation will be held on Saturday July 25, 2015 from 10:00AM until the Funeral at 2:00PM at the Park Hill Pentecostal Church with Bro. Kenny Johnson officiating. Burial will Follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery (Corbin KY.)
